“12 Questions To Boost Your Innovation In 2012.” Amy Alexander of Investors Business Daily put together a list of questions professionals should be asking themselves to determine how they can be more innovative in the new year. She turned to Don Mroz, our Provost and Dean of the School of Business, for some of his thoughts. Take a look. Anything you’d add?

“Positioning Your Business for Success.” Inc. magazine turned to Doug Brown, Academic Program Manager for our MBA program, for his tips on how business owners can make sure their company is top-of-mind for customers. Hit the article for strategies every businessperson should know about customer service, engagement, sales, and communications.
“Campus-Wide CRM Integration.” As you might have read about on our blog, we’ve been using Oracle CRM On Demand to manage our student enrollment and admissions processes. Mike Statmore, our CIO who spearheaded the rollout, contributed a piece to College Planning and Management that gives a roadmap for integrating such technology systems campus-wide. “Leveraging IT for Student Recruitment.” Our student enrollment and admissions approach also caught the attention of Campus Technology. The publication’s editors invited Mike to contribute an article about the story behind the rollout — including the challenges we were facing with our legacy student information systems, why and how we integrated CRM On Demand throughout our campus, and the improvements in student recruitment and retention we’ve seen as a result.
